In 2017, after doing research and seeing the health, and environmental benefits, I made a lifestyle change and moved to a plant-based diet. As a culinary professional, I found it relatively easy to prepare meals at home. However, I faced significant challenges while traveling, on vacation at resorts, and even during a breif hospital stay in 2024. Besides the basic options like fries, salads, veggie burgers, most of the plant-based items were fried, contained soy, GMO's, gluten, and were high in sodium.
Many individuals I met during my plant-based journey shared similar experiences, particularly concerning their children's dietary needs at school.
During the pandemic, with ample time available, I began developing a range of plant-based dishes that are not only visually appealing but also delicious, catering to the education, travel, hospitality, and healthcare industries.
Our menu features homestyle baked meatloaf, Italian-style stuffed peppers, hearty chili, and taco filling. Our offerings are crafted from environmentally friendly ingredients, selected herbs and spices, and aim to replicate the comforting flavors reminiscent of home-cooked meals.
